Hugh Rowden is a lifelong Decatur attorney with decades of legal experience serving individuals and families throughout Central Illinois. A native of Decatur, he earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois and his law degree from the University of Iowa. After serving as an Assistant State’s Attorney in Sangamon County for two years, he entered private practice and has represented clients continuously since that time.
